Arc Fall TEST Server Client

Dev sandbox client for testing upcoming features (rarity loot, player marketplace, combat stats panel, slower exp). Connects to the separate TEST world, NOT the live server. Unzip, run otclient_dx.exe, then pick "ArcfallTest" in the server dropdown.
